One of our technical staff will do an assessment on the current IT infrastructure.
A detailed quotation will be done accordingly to the number of servers, computers, printers and network state.
Once accepted a more business effective solution will be offered to enhance your business productivity & security.
At the end of each month, we send you a detailed "Site visit summary" this includes the date we came to the site to deliver a service, the technician, the work that was done & equipment or parts that was supplied.
Because you are a "contract customer", you will receive the benefits of reduced hourly rates & high priority of service over non-contracted customers
